Priority Date change on job change

My question is if I will start my GC process with my current employer and complete labour certificate and I-140 approval. well, it's not take much time so I guess it would finish in less then 1 year. As I belongs to India, I need to wait for few year to get my date current. In that time, If I will change job and apply for labour and I-140 again with new employer. What will be my priority date for green card process ?
Do you think, my priority date will be changed if I will leave my previous job and do labour certificate again with new employer?

I am confuse as I am not sure that I can continue my this job for next 4-5 years, So Is that good idea to start labour process or wait and find new job and then start GC process?

if you have I-140 approved then you can carry this Pd to the new application.

as long as I-140 is approved you keep the PD
