Hello Friends Please Me In The Below Situation:-
I Am An International Student Here In Usa And My Fiancee Is Going To Become Citizen Of United Stated In March. Now I Am Really Very Confused That Should I Go To India And Marry Her Or Should I Marry Her In Usa.
I Heard That If I Go India And Marry Her In India The She And Me Boht Have To Stay In India For About 6 Months, On The Other Hand If I Marry Her In Usa And If She Applies For A Greencard Here I Can Stay Here And I Can Also Get Labor And Can Work Here. If I Get A Labor Here In Usa And Can Work Then I Do Not Go To India, And If Anyone Can Let Me Know That How Long Will It Take To Get Me A Labor Certification And Then Greencard.
