EB2 Qualification and Criteria

Dear All,
Please help me to know if I qualify for EB2 or not.

I have
12 years schooling.
2 years BSC Engineering.
2 years MSC Computer Science.

8 plus years of IT experience.

I have credentials equavalent to MSC of US according to a certified evaluation agency.

The company's liar is saying that one have to have a continues 4 years degree to qualify for EB2.

Another lawyer said I do qualify.

I have my class fellows from other company with same qualification and experience and they got their GC in EB2 category.

Pleaes throw some light on this issue.
