gc requirements

Hello all,

Is it that atleast one W2 of mine is required to start gc process or can I start it with 3 pay slips from my employer.

Anything will do

Anything will do. Note that H1B is temporary visa with work permit and GC is a permanent residency.

Both are disassociated with each other.

Any employer can file for your GC even if you're not working for that employer.

Thanks for ur reply Knowledgeable, i just entered US few months back,have only first 3 payslips as this is my first job in US.

Do u think are these enough to sart gc process?

For GC process to start you dont even need to be in USA as it is for a future job. Now the company might have a different policy. Some companies insist on waiting for 6-12 months before they go to all that trouble for you.
