I would like to know if anyone can provide any information in regards to this subject matter.
I know of someone who has applied concurrently for 140/485 through an attorney. It was not mentioned to them what, if any, would be the implications.
The questions I want to know are as followed:
1.Were there any successful approvals on 140/485 concurrent applications filed by someone who had F-1 status?
2. What are the implications if they are denied? Will their F-1 status be void? What an they do to retain status, if their F-1 status is void?
3. Are there any avenues before any action is taken on the processing of the 140/485 (meaning before they are approved) to ensure that you maintain legal status?
