I-140 approval and 2nd Job
I-140 and I-485 applied in August 07. Got EAD in Novemebr 07. I-140 is still not approved. As I hvae already received EAD, it is legal to do another Part-time or Full-time job for another employer ( I am not leaving my existing company )
