i-765, Have you ever applied...? need clarification

Recently married to a US citizen and now filling out i-130/i485/g-325a/i-765 package.

I am applying for employment authorization and I am not sure what to select under:

11. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?

I did apply for TN "visa" 8 months ago, and was rejected based on lack of appropriate school but I don't have any documents to support it. Is this question asking me if I ever applied for i-765 or TN visa applies under this as well?

Should I say Yes or No?
