I filed I140 from two employers. One is filed in EB3 category and the other EB2. The EB2 employer refused to file the 485 since i was not in his payroll. I got it filed by the EB3 employer. I got my AP and EAD. If my EB2 I140 is cleared, is it possible for me to port the 485 of the EB3 employer to the cleared EB2 I140?
