how to correct errors in GC appln

Hi,

If anyone could give me info on this. I put in the I-94# given on the slip that came with my H1 approval or I-797 NOC form in my GC application instead of the I-94# on the form that I got during last entry into US. The one on my I-797 also says that it is I-94#.
How can I make the corrections.

Call USCIS and ask for help to correct it or add the right evidence, I think is better to face the issue upfront than to wait for a case denial, ask your lawyer also.
If the case isn't rejected they may ask you for further evidence and delay your process until they receive the evidence.
