Changing Status

Hi All,
I am from the UK and my husband, 3 kids and I are looking to go and visit my uncle and cousins in Houston. Being from the UK we are entitled to go on the 90 day Visa Waiver Programme. However my husband would like to look for work whilst out there is there a Visa we can go on that we can change without having to leave the country should he find a job??

As far as I know only the student and non-immigrant worker visas (H1B) are considered as dual intent visas, so only people that enters the USA with any of those visas can then make the AOS.
Better check with a lawyer before doing anything.
If your husband obtain a solid job offer, they will need to sponsor him to get a visa to work here.
H1B process starts in april and the quota is limited.
Do a good investigation first, because many employers are reluctant to sponsor, they don't know how to do it and think is a very complicated process, so they avoid it.
