    L1 to GC

    Hi,
    I have couple of queries on GC.
    1) Presently I am on L1. I heard that getting GC is easier if I am on L1. Is it true?
    2) What is the lead time for L1 to GC?
    3) How soon I can leave my present employer (from where i got L1) and start working on GC?
