Immigration Visa F3
Hi,
My Mother (60 years) has received an interview call from Chennai US consu, India for her F3 Immigration visa after 16 yrs of filing.
A bit difficult decision to immigrate or not as she wud be travelling alone to live with her brother in USA.
Please could you help understand the below...
1. If she gets a Immigra visa - Can she visit USA and return back to India in 2-3 months.
2. If she gets a Immigra visa - whats is the next step for her to do after reachign USA.
3.If she gets a Immigra visa - How quickly can she file Immigration papers for us (her childeren.)
4. Even my name (son) was included in Immigration papers while filing but i have crossed 18 years of age now. Please advise what do i need to do to travel along with her so that i can support her in USA.
