    Eb1 & Eb2

    Hi,

    My comapnay is doing my green card application thru EB2 due to HR policies. Can I file a EB1 application (Extraordinary ability) by myself by hiring a lawyer if I satify the requirements? Will it affect my EB2 application (filed by my company) in anyway?
