Is it true that USCIS has stopped accepting concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485?

my priority date is 26th jan 2008 and my labor is cleared..

Can I apply for both I-140 and I-485... Please reply.

What category? I assume you are from India.

EB-1, yes you can applpy concurrently
If EB-2 or EB-3, you cannot apply concurrently. In fact, you cannot even apply for I-485. You can just apply for I-140 in this situation since the cut off date on the visa bulletin is not after your PD.
