On USCIS online page ,it shows processing time frame of 15 january (Texas center)is MAY24 2007.the next month of 15 febuary ,it changes to APRIL 10 2007.
Actually,processing time frame goes forward.Can it goes sometimes back?
It is kind of comfusing.
Now,USCIS announced that because of significant number of petitioners in JULY visa number 2007 (3millions petitioners),processsing time frame for relative and worker petition is going to be 9 to 10 months instead of 6months or less.
Is this true at least for applicants whose names are not under FBI check
