hello,
this is my current status, I have obtained my EAD based on I -485 status . MY I-140 is filed in but awaiting approval. I have another 3yrs extension period left on my H1-B until 2011, May.
Currently I am working on H1-B with my employer and I have not changed my employer since day one.
MY question is when can I comfortably change my employer without affecting my GC process.
I am not married but looking, if I get married can the spouse be added to my GC process.
As i have 3 yrs more left on my H1 B can i comfortably work on h1 until my GC is delivered .
Please proivde valuable inputs, will highly appreciate any responses.
