from H1B to F1

Dear All,
At present I have H1B
I have been selected as Phd Student( full time study ) So I have to change my status from H1B to F1
Can any one suggest what procedure is to be followed.

Form I-539 COS. International student office should help to change to F1 status.

Proof of current status, paystubs, passport, form, fee etc. The usual stuff.
