i am waiting for a green card through my wife who is working in USA ON A GREEN CARD. RECENTLY SHE HAS GIVEN BIRTH TO A GIRL WHO IS A US CITIZEN. BY ANYCHANCE IT CAN EXPEDIATE THE SPOUSE VISA PROCEESSING OF MINE.my wife and kid are alone in USA will it be a valid reason to procees my visa on an urgent basis.

please help by your suggestionas and support.

Unfortunately, no such provisions exist. The US born child can have no say until s/he turns 18.
