Hi All,
My husband filed for his and mine (dependent) green card. He recd his in sept last year but i still have'nt recd mine. The lawyer says its pending cause the date has slipped back and might be 1-2 years before i get mine. Is there someone else out there in a similar situation? I have an EAD and AP valid till August this year so i believe i am not out of status. Is there any way to hurry up my green card?
Will really appreciate any answers as i am quite worried about the whole thing. Thanks in advance....
