Green Card for spouse on F1

Hi,

My green card is under process, (PERM process) and my spouse plans to change his status from H1B to F1. Can I still continue him on my green card application?

Her F1 COS will be rejected if you have a 485 pending for her. Until the 485 is applied, she can change the status to F1 without any problems.

From your post, you are still in the labor stage and no issues for your spouse to change to F1.
