EB-2 NIW category

Hi,

Would I fall under EB-2 NIW category?
I have a masters in microbiology (foregin univ) but is equivalent to MS (USA) by FCSA.
I have worked for a total of 3.5 years (1.5 yrs in present job)
I work as a researcher/curator for a univ on H1-B on projects funded by government
I have co-authored 3 papers, presented posters.

Please advice,

Talk to a good lawyer. I think you need more papers/patents to qualify for an NIW.
