Yes you can you must get rid of in efficient attorneys who are not providing you the expected service. I fired 2 attoners duing my GC process.
You have to file a G20 (if my memory is correct).
You can approach the Attorney that you now plan to hire and he will submit this form after you sign the form. Also if any of you filing documents are not on file with you he can ask that they be transferred from you old attorney to the new attorney.Comment
