H1B to Grencard Time limit or duration..

Hi all members of ImmiHelp.com,
I have one Question is that:
In how many months I have to apply for Green Card when I entered on my first H1B of 3years.
it's possible to apply in some 3 to 4months duration after enterning into USA on first H1B?

Read about the process on the main page. You can have your employer apply anytime before you complete 5 years on H1b.
