PD and Aug 2008 Visa Bulletin

Hello,

The August 2008 Visa Bulletin shows 01JUN06 for EB2 category. My PD is Feb 2007. So, does it means that my I-485 will be processed in the next 8-9 months?
* I-140 is approved in June 2007,
* I-485 is pending with the processing center.

Any help will be greately appreciated.
