Parallel GC's - Any Suggestion would be helpful

HI,

I am working for a company full time. Just checked with them, it seems like they are going to file My GC under EB3 category. As the job requires BS 4+ years. But I Have MS and 4 years of experience.

SO I am planning to do my GC through my current employer under EB3 and even through a consultancy under EB2 as a future employee.

Would like your suggestion. Can I file for GC under different employer at same time. Is it gonna be any problem. Or is it better to leave my current job and join any consultancy and start my GC with them

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Can be done. But at all times, have just ONE 485 filed with USCIS to avoid unnecessary confusion and problems as per a famous attorney.

Ok cool. So i can file my Labor and I-140 from both the employer, but while filing I-485 i need to file it from only one employer.
