GC through marriage to American Citizen

I have my AOS filed through employment based in EB2 in Aug 2007 and have not yet heard from USCIS on my finger prints. But, I have my EAD, PA and my H1B was extended for 3 yrs until 2010 on basis of approved I-140. Meanwhile,I got married to an American. What I was wondering is can I file my AOS through my marriage simultaneously and still keep my previous AOS in process at the same time. Is it possible to file two AOS petitions for an individual ? If I do, what are the advantages and disadvantages of my present situition. Any suggestions in this matter are greatly appreciated.
