hello friends,
My GC process has just been initiate with PERM initiation (giving ads in paper etc. going on now). I am on H1B visa. I am in the EB3 category in the Rest of the World (Libya) , Indian Citizen though.
My question is, If I plan to leave my current employer next year after getting PERM approval, will it make matters worse when I apply from another employer in future? I understand I might have to start from scratch in the new employer, but other than that, is there any other big risk involved in doing this?
