change from Eb3 to Eb4 - use of priority date

I have my I140 approved from company A. It is for Eb3.
I have B.S. plus 7 years experience.
Now I am planning to change my company B .
My question is if this employer is ready to apply in Eb 2 category can i use my priority date from my Eb 3 application.
