Hi..

This is just information to new people.

I applied GC in EB1 Catagory and got the approval for EAD in 5 weeks.

Receipt Date : Aug 11, 2008
EAD approval Date : Sep 18, 2008
Biometric Date : Sep 24, 2008.

Some people are confusing with EAD and Biometric tests. EAD also depends on the Catagory. EAD and Biometric are not related. Each processing is different.

EB1 requirements

Hi,
Can you please provide some information on the requirements that you fulfilled to file in EB1?
I am planning to file in the same way. I am a doctoral student.
