Eligibility for EB2 - with Bsc(com) & 1yr Master Degree?

My employer is ready to process my GC in EB2 but he said that there is big risk of denial of I-140. I have drafted my credentials below, please advice us, whether to go for EB2/EB3 ?

Your help is highly appreciated.

Education Details: 3 years Bachelor Degree and 1 year Masters Degree

Work Experience: 4'1/2 Years

I have exactly one Year Gap between Bachelors and Masters Degree in India.

Search for I140 denials in many internet forums. Your case will likely face same issues.
