Hello,
I just called USCIS to ask them if I could translate my husbands birth certificate myself instead of sending to a translator. They did not really have an anwser for me nor did they give me information on where i can find the anwser. I saw on this website that I can do it myself as long as it is not for me but i just want to verify that this is correct.
I also am sending in my w2s and 1098 forms that they requested. Can i just get these from my employer or do i need to get the documentation from the IRS they were not sure on this either. Thank you
