Am I eligible for EB1-EA

Dear All,

Just a quick question. I have recently started working with a federal govt lab after finishing my PhD. Have got two publications and 4 more will be published in another 2-3 months. I have reviewed other ppls work and have been invited to several conferences. Also the pay here is higher than that offered by universities but significantly lower than that offered by industry.

Under these circumstances am I eligible for GC under the EB1 EA category?
