mexican stamping

Hi all.
I came here in my h4 status.Now I got h1 in this year.
I want to go india in this year.shall i need to go to stamping in india?
or shall i go to stamping in mexico.which one is best.
Pls tell me,If you have any experiance.

Was your H1b a COS? If so, you should be working and getting paid. Otherwise, you are out of status.

If you have a real job and a real H1b, you can get the visa stamp anywhere. If you don't have a US degree, home country is preferred.
