who will get the I485 rfe attorney or beneficiary

seniors pls help
who will get the I485 rfe attorney or beneficiary?

I got I485 receipts,ead,ap directly to me.

I am planning to change the job using AC21.
My Present company attorney representing the case.
Is it better to change the attorney using G28?
If yes can I file G28 to myself?

My New company attorney said he will send the AC21 letter but he is not talking about G28. I got confused
