I am with X Company & approved LC in EB3 category & I140 under process. I am right now completed 5th H1B year.
1- Can i transfer my pending H1b period to new company?
2- Can i possible to reapply LC with new company in H1B 6th year ?
3- If my I140 will be approved then can i get benifit during 2nd LC application time? Old LC priority date & one year extension?
