Appearing for biometric test

We have an appointment to appear for biometric test for GC application at Elizabeth, NJ. I and my wife are appearing and it is an employment based GC. We have 4 month old son whom we were planning to take to the Elizabeth center in NJ. I could not find the center phone number at USCIS site to ask whether they will allow us to carry our baby in to the center. If not, I will have to make other arrangements, but would like to have him with us. Can anyone suggest whether it is allowed to get infants to the center even though he is not appearing for GC application.

Why not. They should accommodate you.

people at application support centres (ASC) are very cooperative, they will be happy to help you. You can ask to do the finger prints one by one, so that one you can be with the baby, even though its just 10 min job.
