Questions about Green Card

I was told by one of my friends that one of his friends BOUGHT EAD from someone and got GC very quickly. Is this possible ? Can someone really buy PERM, I140, EAD or GC for that matter ?

I did not want to put this question out in the Forum intentionally as I did not want people to laugh on this question coz personally I dont think this is possible but I have been wanting to get an expert opinion on this from someone.

Is this possible ?

Not pssobile. In the past, people used to sell approved labors. That has been discontinued for a long time now for good reasons.
