If My husband change his job what will happenn to my EAD

I came to USA with my husband on H4 and he was on H1. I got my EAD in 2007 oct. Now if my husband change his job what will happen to my EAD status? Please help. Will we have to file for h4 or i can still retain my EAD status?

EAD is not a status. You are a parolee as long as the 485 is pending for you and your husband. Assuming your husband is using AC21 and changing jobs, you can continue to remain on H4 by filing for it along with H1 transfer or be a parolee.
