H1B transfer and I140 approval

Good Evening Senior members,

I am a consultant and I have my I140 approved last month and my priority dates are on Oct 2007.
Now, I got a good offer from a company for full time employment. Now if I transfer my h1b will be able to keep my Priority Dates, if my new company agrees to do my GC.

Yes, you can use your priority date only if your current employer does not revoke your approved I 140. It's at the discretion of your current employer.

PD can be recaptured if you have proof of the I140 approval. I don't think it has got anything to do with the employer revoking it or not.
