I applied for I-130 for my mother (I am a US Citizen) but did not file the concurrent I-485, can I file it at this time after recieiving the I-797C ? My mother is not well and I don't want to send her back to India , what are my options ? Her Visitor's visa expires on 05/22/09. Please advice.
