  • Grrencard in Three Years, is it true ?

    Hello

3 years? 6-7 years? It all depends on your country of birth.
All these are just plain rumors. The GC processing times is pased on PD and it could even take a decade.

For India, as of the last bulletin, PD for EB2 is Jan, 2000. That means, one that has applied in Jan 2000 or earlier has a chance to get a GC.

EB3 is Unavailable, meaning you have to wait till Oct to even get a visa number.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

For the example below, if the bulletin has Jan 2000 for EB2 does that mean the I-485 should have been applied before that time? or is it application for PERM?

I'm an Indian citizen. I have a Masters degree from the US and on an H1B. Is the green card wait time any less for people in my position? I ask because I keep hearing rumors, but then again, people love to talk.

                    Visa Number

                    So many terms, quite confusing.
What is the next step on our I485 application if we recieved a visa number (hopefully this Oct.)
