Hello,

I am looking forward to obtain information regarding the EB1-EA category greencard.

I believe that I will qualify based upon my past achievements in athletics as I have obtained various top ranking positions in a number of competetions including the national championships. Currently I am on a F-1 visa and have actively participated in my athletic events here in US.
I am an Indian Citizen and look forward to discussing my options in this regard.

Applying for EB1-EA

Hi,
I am interested in applying for EB1-EA provision.

My current status :
After graduating from my PhD I am on OPT, working as research associate.
I have a total of 6 publications with <10 citations
2 nationally recognized awards
1 teaching award
Currently meet 5 criteria of the 10 (like review, judge, scholarly publications, member of recognized organizations)

So, with these qualifications can I apply for my GC. If yes, what are the advantages and disadvantages of filing both I-40 and I-485 together.
