Hi. I'm in U.S. Upon receiving I-140 approval, forms I-485, I-765 & I-131 was concurrently filed/mailed with appropriate fees right away and later found out the priority dates are not current yet. What happens when USCIS gets the forms and priority dates not current yet? Will they send it back to us? Process or rejects the application? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
