eb3 category to eb1

hi all,
i had 7.5 yrs experience in Infosys and when quited i was Sr.project manager.i have filled GC under EB3 category with my designation as technical archietech with 1year experience in new company . and now my company applied i140 in premium processing got it approved and got 3 yrs extension.now i am deputed to indian branch for 2 yrs and also promoted as chief architech. now my total expis 9 years can i change my ctegory from EB3 to EB1 with current designation.can any one help me on this.

You can be a CEO in India. It does not matter. Unless you have people that are going to directly report to you in the US, EB1 is not possible. Read more about the requirements for EB1.
