I140 - H1B is about to expire, I am asked to leave the country, need your help

I am on second term of my 6 year H1B which is going to expire in November 2009. My Company lawyers applied for I140 in March 2009, so I got 3 months left till my H1B expire. Now they just told me that if it doesn't get approved by November, I need to leave the country for 3 and half months. Can I not extend it for one more year? Can I do Premium processing now? Do I have any other option?

I appriciate your help in advance.

Duplicate. Upgrade to PP. When was labor filed? 365 days prior to H1b expiration?
