    Sponsor maybe under Chapter 11

    Hi,

    I am in I-485 pending and have been looking for my new sponsor for AC21. A potential my sponsor maybe under chapter 11 now per some web source info but the company is looking for some employees actually.

    Is it OK to get sponsor ship with the company as long as they sign up? It doesn't matter if the company is under Chapter11?

    Any thoughts welcome!
