    "Certified-Expired" what does this mean?

    Hi all,

    I checked the status of previous PERM applications made by my employer on myvisajobs.com.

    1) All of them show their status as "Certified-Expired", could some one please tell me what does this mean?

    2) Is it safe for me to start my Green card process with this employer?
