Filling Center

Hello

I am filing I-140 in EB1 category. I live and work in MD. Do I need to send my application to Texas center or I can send it to Nebraska center. As my all recommendation letters are addressed to Nebraska center and it will difficult for me to request all the professors to write me letter again.
