Please help me with the following questions... appreciate your time. Thanks!
I have field PERM application with Employer "B" as a future employee. We have received audit on my PERM in 2009 around August (after one year of filing). Lawyer responded to that to the audit. Not it's in the process. I have not heard anything on this yet.
My current Employer "A" is willing to process GC for me. My compnay is asking the following Questions.
1. Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition for you (i.e., sponsored you for a Green Card)?
2. Have you ever applied for U.S. Permanent Residence?
My question is what should I answer for the above two questions. Please help me.
I am thinking the following in my mind ...implications...
What should I say to my current Employer "A" ?? If I say "YES" both the above Q's....I am not sure whether my current compnay will proceed with GC or not...they might say u have already filed with Employer "B". Why do you want to file again.
If I say "NO" to both the Q's above...is there any implications during process of my GC application with USCIS??? If USCIS finds that I have another application pending with labor dept, will USCIS deny my application?
Do I need to worry about these Q's ? Pls help me...
