Hi,
I'm in my final stage of Employment-based application, with a priority date in late 2005 (EC3). I also have another 18 months left on my H1-B. I just got married to a US Citizen. What happens if I apply for a spousal GC?
Specifically,
1. Do my current employment-based EAD & Advance Parole remain valid while my I-130 is being processed?
2. What happens I get laid off (so no more H1-B) and my EAD & Parole expire before the I-130 is approved?
